Seaside Escape, is a traditional beach house nestled on a high beach dune is waiting for your arrival. Since there are only a few neighbors nearby allows you to enjoy our privacy, it like having your own piece of the beach. The views from sitting high up on the dunes are stunning! Located in South Ponte Beach FL and a short drive to historic St Augustine Florida, the oldest city in the USA.
As you enter this truly beachy home, walk upstairs to the main living area. This large open floor plan is perfect for the family to enjoy the conversations, each other and the spectacular views of the Atlantic.

The living room/dining room hosts large windows and sliding glass doors that lead to the wonderful deck. The ocean front deck runs the length of this vacation home, with a large (144 SF) landing and a walkway all the way to the beach. There is a shower on the landing to rinse off after a swim. Enjoy the round 4-seat dining table with umbrella, or the many loungers and chairs. Enjoy your morning coffee while looking for the playful dolphins or watch the sunset with a fruity drink.

The living room allows the family comfortable seating while listening to music on the entertainment center and enjoying the stone fireplace. Disclaimer the fireplace is only for looks as it does not work. 

The dining room has a large table to enjoy the views while enjoying your meals cooked in our fully equipped kitchen.

The fully equipped kitchen you say, yes beside the regular appliances, you can enjoy as much ice as you would like in your drinks or to keep you drinks cold in the cooler on the beach, with a built in ice machine next to the refrigerator. It also has some items that you might need throughout your stay that you didn’t think to bring. If you have leftovers there is plastic wrap and aluminum foil for your use. Wanting breakfast, how about waffles, with the waffle maker the delicious waffles could be for breakfast. However, waffles are not only for breakfast, chicken and waffles for dinner or add ice cream for dessert. Speaking of dinner, how about set it and forget it in the crockpot while relaxing on the beach. You can enjoy these meals not only in the dining room but the bar in the kitchen with stools for seating or the cozy two-person table next to the kitchen.

Off the dining room the master en-suite. The king size bed calls to you, allowing you deep sleep. The sliding glass doors not only allow you access to the deck and will let you wake up to the beautiful Florida sunshine. The master bathroom has a shower/tub combination and a single sink.

The second bedroom is perfect for the kids. Two twin size beds and sliding glass doors that lead out to the deck is waiting for their arrival. Next to the bedroom is the hallway bathroom for them to use.

We did say this was a 3 bedroom home…. The private 3rd bedroom is downstairs and across the garage. This is perfect for another couple or the teenagers that do not want to be around the adults. The queen size bed and the futon allow up to 3 guests to enjoy the bedroom and a full bathroom. There is also a wall mounted flat screen TV.
The washer and dryer are located off the dining room and next to kitchen.

During our “peak season” from Memorial to Labor Day Weekend we DO require a 7 night minimum stay AND we require a Saturday arrival and a Saturday departure.  Other than some holidays Seaside Escape does not require you to stay a full week AND you to arrive on a certain day of the week.

Disclosure 1

Bedroom Number 3 (Queen bed and futon) This bedroom is downstairs, separate from the "main" living area of the home. The main living area, BR #1 and BR #2 are all upstairs, however the third bedroom is downstairs. BR 3 ingress and egress is downstairs to foyer, then across the garage to a private bedroom (and full bathroom). You do NOT have to go outside to enter or exit this bedroom/bathroom. However, here is also a door to the outside via a door on the south side of the home.

Disclosure 2

The South Ponte Vedra Dune Restoration has been completed as of June 9th, 2022. The state of Florida asks that you please stay off the dunes where the sea oats have been freshly planted. There are designated dune crossing walkways, which must be used at all times. It is the law, and you will be fined if you do not follow the rules.

Disclosure 3

Minimum Stay Requirements: Please be sure to check if your requested dates have minimum stay requirements. If your proposed dates are on or near a national holiday OR during the peak months of June and July, the minimum stay is 7 nights with a Saturday arrival and departure. Be sure to check YOUR dates before reserving.

Exception to Minimum Stay Rule: If there are less days available than the minimum stay required, then the Minimum Stay Rule is NOT required. However, ALL bookings MUST be a minimum of 3 nights.

Any beach toys including boogie boards, are considered to be dangerous and guest may use them at your own risk, The guests understands that the owners and management company are NOT liable for the use beach toys .
