One of the many fine features of Gone Coastal is the sprawling and intricately paved patio, and of course, your private walkway to the beautiful shores of South Ponte Vedra! The patio is great for entertaining, with loads of tables, chairs, adirondacks, and a fire pit! And since half of it is covered by the upstairs balcony, you can choose to soak up the rays or enjoy a shady breeze!

You can't miss this beautiful, pet friendly, blue three-story home! And if you've decided to visit our shores with the intent of sampling our many world class golf courses, then Gone Coastal is the right home for you! As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted by your own personal putting green located on the private fenced in and gated front lawn!

Walking into the second floor main entrance you will be greeted by the grand spiral staircase. Directly to your right will be a conveniently located powder room. Further down the hall and to the left of the spiral staircase is the spacious open floor plan kitchen, dining room, and small sitting area complete with the gas fireplace! Note: The fireplace does not work it is only for looks!

The kitchen features beautiful stainless steel appliances, and a big kitchen island with a breakfast bar. With more full length windows, you're never far from the sound of crashing waves! Both sides of the second floor have access to the main attraction, the gorgeous patio with private beach access!

To the right of the spiral staircase is the private living room, decked out in beautiful floor to ceiling windows and glass french doors overlooking the patio and ocean views. The living room is perfect for lounging, catching up with friends, and entertainment! And with a mini-fridge and wet bar, you don't have to go far for drinks!

And if working while on vacation simply can’t be avoided, then Gone Coastal should be your work from home destination! As soon as you arrive on the third floor, you will see a full home office setup complete with a beautifully crafted desk, office chair, and printer! And if you need a good distraction, there's ocean views and a plush couch great for naps! Connected to the office is a full bath with a spacious shower, and a bedroom. 

This bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed, another desk (just in case!), and a balcony facing the GTM Research Reserve!
The third floor is home to a spacious balcony overlooking the ocean, fit with lounge chairs and a small table, great for those who love full sun!

On the north side of the third story is the Master Bedroom which boasts breathtaking ocean views, a king sized bed, gas fireplace, and full en-suite bathroom! The master bathroom includes his and hers vanity sinks, a huge tub fit for two or for one to really sprawl out in, and a massive walk-in shower!

The first floor is perfect for the kids and teens in the family, especially since the first bedroom you come across includes two sets of twin size bunk beds, four beds total. Going down the hall you will see a full sized bathroom with a combination tub and shower, and lastly you will find the final bedroom which includes a queen sized mattress! The washer and dryer are also located downstairs.

Don't forget that St Augustine is just down the road, home to history, boutique shopping, and amazing night life!

Disclosure 1
Pet Fees: The pet fee is $150 per pet with a normal maximum of 2 pets. However, depending on the specific pet and your circumstance, up to 3 pets may be approved.

The Pet Fee is a onetime FEE (NOT A DEPOSIT) per pet(s) IF your pet(s) is / are accepted (see below)
The approval or non-approval will be based on the breed, size, age and training of the pet.

IMPORTANT: The owners’ insurance companies PROHIBIT the following BREEDS: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes. Presa Canarios, Chow chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweiler and Siberian Huskies.

Pre-Approved Dogs
Up to 2 Pet(s) that meet the following criteria shall be considered, "Pre-Approved":

Breed - Your dog is NOT one of the following breeds or a MIXTURE of the following breeds: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes. Presa Canarios, Chow chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweiler, Siberian Huskies
Weight: Under 30 Pounds
Age: Over 1 year old
Trained: Must be housebroken and does NOT chew (including but not limited to) furniture and carpets.
History: You have NO knowledge of your dog(s) biting or attacking people or other pets.
If your pet(s) is / are Pre-Approved you still must pay the pet fee(s) AND must be noted in the Rental Agreement

Pets That Require Approval
 
IF your dog(s) does NOT meet the pre-approved criteria and is NOT a prohibited breed, then the owner will decide to either approve or deny your pet. When booking, discuss your pet(s) with the reservationist; often you will have an answer regarding pet approval within minutes.

Disclosure 2
Minimum Stay Requirements: Please be sure to check if your requested dates have minimum stay requirements. If your proposed dates are on or near a national holiday OR during the peak months of July, the minimum stay is 7 nights with a Friday arrival and departure. Be sure to check YOUR dates before reserving.

Exception to Minimum Stay Rule: If there are less days available than the minimum stay required, then the Minimum Stay Rule is NOT required. However, ALL bookings MUST be a minimum of 3 nights.

Disclosure 3
Any beach toys including boogie boards, are considered to be dangerous and guest may use them at your own risk, The guests understands that the owners and management company are NOT liable for the use beach toys.

Indemnified:
Guests will hold the owner of Gone Coastal and Realty Quest Sales & Management, LLC. (Vacation Quest Beach Home Rentals) harmless and indemnified.
