Coastal Paradise is perfect for a multi family gathering or a small intimate getaway! The downstairs bedroom and bathroom offers privacy and a quiet retreat, while the upstairs has the cozy living room complete with a sprawling sectional sofa.

When you walk up to the house you enter the front door right by the newly planted palm trees. Once you enter the front door you will be greeted by a brand new staircase that leads you to the main living area. No more spiral staircase! You may also notice the brand new luxury vinyl flooring which is throughout the entire home! 

Walking through the door you enter a small private living area, featuring a love seat perfect for cozying up with a good book. The double doors lead into Bedroom 3, or the second master bedroom, which features a luxurious king size bed with hybrid memory foam/coil mattress. The sliding glass doors allow unobstructed ocean views; you even have access to your own private covered deck, complete with an outdoor seating area!

Just off of Bedroom 3, is the second bathroom which includes a shower/tub combination. By the way, Bedroom 3 also has access to the garage where the washer and dryer are located, as well as some beach items for your use.

Walking upstairs you enter into the main living room with a 75-inch TV and brand new couch! To the left of the living room is the fully equipped and remodeled kitchen; it has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal from appetizers to dessert or a nice snack. Make sure to check out the beautiful new countertops, backsplash, and best of all, brand new stainless steel appliances! The kitchen includes a small island with 3 bar stools. If you are looking to sit the whole family/friends there is a table on the deck outside that seats 6! 

Directly off the living room are two bedrooms and a bathroom. To the east you will find Bedroom 1, the Master Bedroom. The sliding glass doors encompass the entire wall with spectacular beach and ocean views. You will sleep comfortably in the hybrid memory foam/coil king size bed, to the soothing sounds of the surf. In the morning, you can wake to a beautiful sunrise, and you can step outside onto the second-floor deck for all the sights, sounds and smells of the ocean. You’ve got to love the smell of that fresh salt air!

Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed with views of the Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve. It’s perfect for the kids and adults too; with a comfortable memory foam mattress!
The hall bathroom next to the bedrooms has been completely redesigned and features a roomy, all glass shower, with decorator tile.

Stepping outside, enjoy the large yard and your own private steps to the beach where you can take a nice walk, collect seashells, or just enjoy the beach and the therapeutic effects of all that nature has to offer. You can enjoy the lounge chairs on the balcony in the sun or on the deck in the shade!

Simply put, Coastal Paradise is a wonderful oceanfront vacation home. All that’s missing is for you to be our guests!
For those interested in exploring all the area has to offer, the house is centrally located within 10 minutes of downtown St Augustine, 15 minutes to Sawgrass/Ponte Vedra, 30 minutes to World Golf Village, 50 minutes to Jacksonville International Airport, and ~2 hours to Orlando International Airport (with Disney World only 30 minutes beyond that).

If fishing is more your style, you’ll be surprised at what species you may catch directly behind this home. If you need some fishing tips, all you have to do is call!

DISCLOSURE: The South Ponte Vedra Dune Restoration has been completed as of June 9th, 2022. The state of Florida asks that you please stay off the dunes where the sea oats have been freshly planted. There are designated dune crossing walkways, which must be used at all times. It is the law, and you will be fined if you do not follow the rules.

DISCLOSURE: During peak periods, which include national holidays and June through August, there will be a minimum stay of 7 nights. This 7 minimum requires a Saturday check in and Saturday Check out. Please check the dates of your visit and have a wonderful time.
